This panel includes qualitative detection
and differentiation of:
Equine vets frequently see generalized respiratory
symptoms in their patients that could be caused by a number
of different viral or bacterial agents. Recommended treatments
and quarantine protocols differ among these pathogens, and
some can be quite expensive and stressful for animals and
owners.
Zoologix’ respiratory test panel is
a powerful diagnostic tool for use in these cases. Zoologix
performs this panel using highly specific, sensitive and fast
PCR test protocols.
The entire panel is run from one nasal swab,
eliminating multiple sampling requirements.

Specimen requirements: Nasopharyngeal
swab or tracheal wash, shipped overnight at room temperature.

delay in shipping, or during very warm weather, refrigerate
specimens until shipped and ship with a cold pack unless more
stringent shipping requirements are specified. Frozen specimens
